Seasoned Pumpkin Seeds with Everything Bagel

Everything bagel spices give these roasted pumpkin seeds an extra hit of flavor that’s delicious any time of day.


  • 2 cups of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of minced dried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of minced dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon of Poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Sesame seeds
  • 1 salt shakerful
  • 12 teaspoon of pepper, ground
  • 1 beaten egg white till foamy


Step 1 :

Set oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2 :

Evenly distribute pumpkin seeds on a big baking sheet with a rim. Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring once, until gently toasted.

Step 3 :

In the meantime, combine the salt, pepper, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried onion, and dried garlic in a small bowl. Pumpkin seeds should be gently transferred to a medium basin after being removed from the oven. Then, swirl the pumpkin seeds in the egg white to coat them. Mix the pumpkin seeds with the garlic mixture after scattering it over them. Put the pumpkin seeds back on the baking sheet and distribute them evenly. 10 to 15 minutes longer, bake until gently browned. Prior to serve, complete cooling.
