Reward Finance Group and Eyre and Co. Accountants have agreed a funding deal which will see Eyre and Co receive a £140,000 cash injection to boost the company’s growth plans.
Eyre and Co. is an accountancy and business support firm with offices in Sheffield and Doncaster. The cash injection will allow the firm to simplify its ownership structure and continue with its expansion plans.
This will include opening an office in the Nottingham area to develop a presence in the East Midlands, as well as continuing to grow our client base in Yorkshire.
The company currently has a team of eight people serving a client base of around 500 SMEs, in sectors such as consulting, law and construction. It has been providing accountancy and business advisory services since 2019, when Claire and Andrew Eyre acquired the long-standing practice, AR Accountants.
After arranging a short-term loan with Reward Finance Group, a specialist in financing small and medium-sized enterprises, Eyre and Co. has raised its working capital to complete the final phase of its acquisition, in which Claire Eyre takes sole ownership.
Reward Finance Group was presented by Eyre and Co. by Trusted Business Partner (TBP), managed by James Clinghan, who brokered the funding in conjunction with Reward Finance Group’s Business Development Director, Harriet Gibbs.
