The tank can be comfortably kept a little more than 800 grams, so I weighed 400 grams of each wheat berry. (See my guide for the best kitchen scales – This is another big reason for investing in one.)
Two million millstols of 85 mm are made of ceramics and corundum, mineral oxide. These Millstones have an extremely rough surface that can grind not only cereals, but also dried corn, beans and lenses. For my shared flour I put the mill in my finest sanding (just turn the mill clockwise until you hear Millstones touching). Thanks to Mill’s 360 watt motor, I had about 6.5 cups of fresh brushed wheat flour within five minutes.
The mill is not almost loud as I expected to be, but it is still loudly putting the beans on grain grains helps silencing noise.

My all-purpose mixture of flour was success, and Sana turned off a fine flour in comparison with any brand purchased stores I used. Great can be a little less punishment in relation to commercialized flours (all over the flour were tiny spills from wheat berries), but I was extremely satisfied with the results. The flour had that I was familiar with the powdered blower I used to.

In both of my cookies and bread breads, fresh flour seemed the same as any commercial brand. Both had great and famous textures, with whom I was especially pleased. Depending on your recipe, it may require to adapt fresh milling machine structural makeup flour, which includes a germie wheat berries and grin.
The biggest difference I have noticed while using fresh flour in my pectora tasted. The cookies and loauns had the second depth of taste. They were almost nuts and surely more wheat. Both were delicious and raised freshly brushed flour. (In the middle of a recent snowstorm, my husband and I collapsed two dozen snickerdodes I made in just a few days.)
I still have to bite the rough cereals, but I don’t doubt San’s abilities to do it. The price of Sana is steep, but it is the work of equipment for work that quickly gives great results.
As for cleaning, it is simple: just unscrew the tank out of time to time, brew the stones or drag some rice through it. In terms of the longevity of Sana, Millstone should hardly carry more and more after years of use, because they are practically indestructible.
