Apple iPhone 16e : Questionable value

IPhone 16e It’s not for me. If you are a avid technology lover and an apple fan, it is probably not for you. The person is held on the iPhone 8 plus or iPhone X, ready to upgrade because their more than a seven-year smartphone doesn’t work too well. They want a new phone, and just needs to be the iPhone.

The part of my brain will not stop thinking about whether this upgrade in almost a decade for these people would not serve better if Apple turned on your beautiful benefits, such as a magsafe or an ultra-broad air waters. Even missing these characteristics, the price of the iPhone 16e feels $ 100 too much with regard to many excellent competing phones in this carrier. It also makes the iPhone line confusing – it’s $ 170 more than Apple’s previous iPhone that is no longer available.

Last time spent the last week using the iPhone 16e and thinking about my $ 599 MSRP, which naturally must mean that something is wing. This may not be much important to people in the US, which states the purchases through carriers who subsidize costs, although they still pay for $ 600 (locked) on a few years. But when the used iPhone market is healthy and manages, it feels like any given the iPhone 16e find better value with iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Pro.

Cell reinforcement

The best iPhone 16e function? Battery life. Given that is a 6.1-inch iPhone, which historically performs the lowest in battery tests, this is a welcome surprise. With the average use in the past week, I fought to bring the phone under 50 percent. (Usually hovering about 51 or 49 percent before bed.) Yes, it means that the iPhone 16e has a better battery life than iPhone 16.

On one particular day when I used it for GPS navigation, music streaming and spraying the image, the rest is about 30 percent before bed. And another hard day, I hit almost nine hours on time on time and had 15 percent in the tank. That’s great. It is still not the best life life of the iPhone in the line – which would be the iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 16 plus-, but enough to maintain that battery in the bay when you’re out and about.

Apple claims that this battery reinforcement is partly thanks to the original apple design of the C1 modem inside the phone. Apple spent years to build this Connectivity chip to reduce relying on partners such as Qualcomm, and they seem to have paid off. I didn’t have any questions with mobile bonding in the past week with AT & T ESIM Apple, although it could depend on the region. (I’m in New York.) I’m doing speed tests across the various phones with the iPhone 16e and I didn’t find anything out of the ordinary. Say, remember the antenna? We will have to wait and see how the C1 modem performs far more people around the world.
