The FATE Foundation announces the winners of the entrepreneurial competition


The FATE School of FATE Foundation has announced the winners of the Future Entrepreneurs Program sponsored by Mitsubishi Corporation: Sustainability (AEP Sustainability) business presentations.

The organization said the winners were selected after a 12-week hybrid program with 30 startups within the sustainability space. The program is said to have provided startups with relevant knowledge, tools and skills to develop sustainable businesses.

It added that the hybrid format allowed for a full exploration of the curriculum that focused on turning around sustainability models, enabling sectors and financial literacy in a way that was both practical/experiential and informative for sustaining innovative business ideas, generating income and creating jobs. . .

It is stated that the sectors represented are renewable energy, circular economy, climate change, green economy and sustainable development.

According to the organization, the three winners are Chief Executive Officer, Oke Partners, Bolajoko Ireoluwa, (1st position – N750,000); CEO, Event Mantis Limited, Rowland Oluwafolakemi, (2nd position – N500,000) and CEO, Designed Spaces by Yemi, Olayiwola Omoyemi, (3rd position – N250,000).

In a statement, the Executive Director of FATE Foundation, Mrs. Adenike Adeyemi, said: “We are committed to enabling business across Nigeria and AEP Sustainability has enabled us to provide training, advisory support and connectivity within the ecosystem to entrepreneurs who have created impact in the sustainability value chain.”
