BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – A1 Fitness will host a youth soccer camp at Cocoa High School Stadium on July 16th.
The camp will start from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for participants aged 6 to 18 years.
Space Coast Sports Hall of Famers Jamel Dean and Chauncey Gardner Johnson will host the camp along with Javian Hawkins, Ty Schwab, James Folston Jr. and Jashaun Corbin.
A successful soccer player dedicates his time to separate strength, speed, agility, endurance and explosive training.
“A1 Fitness focuses on helping athletes become the best version of themselves,” officials said. “We use our collegiate and professional backgrounds to design effective drills and workouts for specific football positions.”
Field work: Every athlete needs to master exceptional footwork and conditioning. This camp will also fine tune the details of each technique and use time on the field to apply them.
Operating speed: The camp’s unique curriculum will quickly improve speed and agility. This is essential for any athlete at any level.
